TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDING

I took out a contract with cell c about a week ago, the sim card i received was never activated i called, even emailed i was told the sim card is activated but it still was not working. now i am being billed on a simcard that has never worked to begin with. im very disappointed and unhappy with the terrible service i have received from this network.
