Terrible service provider, will tell lies to sell handsets

I phoned cel c Tuesday morning as my phone crashed for an upgrade, I originally wanted a samsung A71 I was told they dont have stock anywhere or at any store cant they interest me in an LG velvet, I then said the phone sounds more or less the same I will take it, I also told the sales person I am in a hurry for a phone as I am a sales rep and do all my business on my phone so please put an remark as urgent,I phoned today to get a tracking number only to be told o sorry there is no stock, we will only send it once we have stock could take more then 7 days, It is absolutely ridicules and un exceptable that you need a sale so bad that you will make your customer wait two weeks, where I cant do my work to benefit yourselfs. If I was told from the start that there is no stock I would have taken something else or tried another service provider. If you ever maybe want to try and at least resolve this seeing every time I phone and your workers transfer me your phones cut out phone me on *** as thanks to you guys now I cant use my number
