Terrible Service Provider
What a terrible service provider you are cell c!! I have been paying my contract every month in full and for 6 months cell c was unable to provide me with data connection... I could not use the data on my phone...Cell c Could not sort it out for 6 months going on! Eventually I received the option to cancel the contract (due to cell c not being able to provide a service that is paid for) I have been struggling to cancel the contract for 3 months while cell c just takes more money. No refund and still no cancellation. Thank you for taking my money and providing no services for it! Advice : Take a short left to ANY OTHER service provider.
