terrible service is a bad omen......Cell C

<p>I have been with cellc for over 4 years, my contract reached 24months on 16/09/2016. I sent in a letter to cancel in june, i had outstanding amount, i told them to debit in september as last payment and cancel. Till today i have to keep calling and emailing the same letter, i even paid the balance, all i want is this cancelled. I was even planning to take a new contract in the new year, but lack of feedback and service is pathetic, i dont advise anyone to go through this. I paid for contracts and never used a single minute or data, and this is what i get in the end. Never again Cellc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
