Terrible service in setup and installation of C Fibre

<p>It has now been just short of 3 weeks since I started the process and paid the deposit for the installation of C Fibre at my home.</p> <p>I was told a 2 to 3 day installation. I was promised that they would get Vumatel installation done on Thursday 10 Nov - they did arrive but only managed to complete internal installation and promised to come and connect an additional box on Friday 11 Nov, To date I have been promised Monday and then Tuesday and now they are not even taking my calls any longer.</p> <p>All this time I have had to make sure that I have someone at home to give access for the connection.</p> <p>At this very moment I still have no guarentee as to when the installation will be done. Although Cell C is dependant on Vumatel for the installation their sales pitch to me was that they have an agreement with Vumatel for the installation of Cell C clients and that they would handle the installation arrangements with Vumatel.</p> <p>What disgusting service. If this is how I am treated as a new client how will I be treated once I am an existing client should I have a problem with the service.</p> <p> </p>
