TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE CALL CENTER
Bad , Bad , Bad service from Cell C call center. No assistance whats so ever, not even an explanation for the unsuccessful sim swap . I called *** as my sim card was not working the service that I got from the two agents was terrible as both failed to explain why they couldn't assist me with the Sim Swap. I am not will to lose this number but since Cell C failed to do so, I will be changing Networks.
Never have a spoke to such Dumb agents ....Cell C will lose Customers with such uninformed agents .
