Terrible service from social media team

It’s been almost a month since I wrote a review on cell c and their pathetic service and for some reason it just keeps getting worse no response with regards to getting their account removed from my credit report I can’t understand the how they hire *********** people who can’t get a simple request done and then to top it all off when you ask for feedback nothing gets done they ask for proof via email it gets sent through and no response via email or via hello peter they don’t call back to inform you of what’s going on they just leave you to wonder what happens next but no worries this query will now be dealt with by my lawyers cause clearly you guys take what we as customers say extremely lightly and you have your social media team to thank for this cause they find it very hard to give feedback on request it’s over a year now since my account was paid but you guys can’t seem to get anything done
