Terrible service from Cell c online

Astounded by the terrible service received by cell c online. I called to upgrade my contract last week. They had to up date my score card and advised I will be called the next day. I did 2 follow ups this week with one consultant giving me the wrong number to call. My issues still hasn't been resolved. I also get told that the phone I wanted is sold out. If they had only sorted out the query I would have upgraded my contract. Waiting for the team leader to call me now . Very frustrating
