Terrible Service from Cell C

The rating on the service from Cell C does not even deserve one star.

In November 2019, I had canceled my contract with Cell C at the Ladysmith store, however, the consultants at the Ladysmith store did not follow through with all the requirements for cancelation on their side. So in December 2019, I was informed that the contract is still not canceled, I went in and paid the additional installment again.

Now I require a paid up letter, and even with this no one can assist me.
