Terrible Service from Cell C (C Surance)
<p>Took out a contract with Cell C for a Huawei P8, got ****** 4 weeks ago, believe it or not I still haven't received a new phone. When I have to claim i am told that they don't the 8 Lite anymore because it has been discontinued instead they want to give me a phone that has less features than a P8 Lite and to me that doesn't make sense. But a week ago a different employee from Cell C told me that they'll be getting new stock of P8 Lites towards the end of this month. So who's telling the truth at Cell C. When I took out the contract my new phone got delivered the next day but when I have to claim I get told different stories all the time. Seems like Cell C employees are not on the same page. I don't think Cell C is a reputable company because someone is not telling me the truth.</p>

More than a week later still haven't been contacted regarding my phone by anyone from Cell C. My phone was supposed to be delivered within 5-8 working days but guess what.... I still don't have a phone and no one has contacted me from Cell C. You guys are really a shocking mobile company. I really regret taking up a contract with them and I really think people shouldn't take out phone contracts with them because they are truly a disreputable company.
I think the general public should know that when they say Cell C is the worst mobile network in the country they should really believe it because it's true.
