Terrible Service from Cell C.

On the 2023/02/08 i contacted Cell C customer service because i was billed twice on debit order for my sim data contract with CellC request to be refunded. I was told that my query has been escalated to the billing Depatments for assistance, i will be contacted in 2 business days and i was never contacted in 2 business days as promised. When i contacted Cell C customer services today am told they still busy with it, and they do not know when i will be refunded.
