Terrible service from cell c at Eastgate and greenstone

1 star only because I have to Cell c has become the worst provider to deal with and it is very sad that we have been customers with them for the past 5 years and have 4 contracts with them up to date we have honored payments to them even through the periods we were out of work and now for the month of December I have 2 contracts due for upgrade 1st I get in store to be treated like **** in front of other customers (greenstone) and still not getting my contract upgraded now 2 weeks later get to Eastgate 2 get my upgrades down and have to face the same problem again. CELL C YOU NEED TO TELL US IF YOU DON'T NEED OUR BUSINESS AS MTN, VODACOM AND TELKOM ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO RECEIVE NEW CUSTOMERS
