Terrible service from cell c

I have tried to get my cell phone contract upgraded for a few weeks now, I have posted on hello Peter and received response that cell c will contact me when they are done I received a reference number *** on 30/11/2020 and to date I haven't received feedback, I did speak to a manager a few days later and he said he will get back but unfortunately he didnt, is cell c still in business or are they wanting customers to cancel their contract, your urgent response is requested as I'm ready to cancel my contract.
