TERRIBLE service from Cell C!!!

Cell C is the worst place to have a contract with!!! We have been struggling with them since November 2022. They did not deduct on the agreed date and deducted twice in December. In January they deducted R10 and after numerous calls from us and agreeing that the problem is with them they promised that it is sorted out and will deduct the contracted amount on the contracted date in February. They said that there was no arrears and everything else is fine. In February they deducted on the wrong date AGAIN! 5 days after the agreed date. Yesterday the 3rd they deducted another full debit order! This is utter nonsense and the worst worst service and place EVER!!! Even the call centre/customer service agents don't help you or refer you to someone who can. Every time I have to be on a call with them for 30 minutes+ I would never recommend them to anyone!
