Terrible service from cell c

<p>I recently had one of the sales consultant contact me regarding purchasing a new wifi router.This was the first time I had agreed to purchase something on the telephone.The agent assured me by my description that this was the product I was reffering to and will be delivered shortly.I then recieved the package which was sealed,the courier company had asked for my signature and left immediately.so I open the package and find out this is not what I was referring to,I then call the contact centre for assitance.</p> <p>I speak to Siyanda Mpungose who advises me that I have signed for the package and should be aware by the serial number,if this is what I was talking about and advised me that I should have not allowed the courier company to leave without opening the package. He then continued to make excuses as to how this was my fault,when I requested to speak to a manager,he advised me that he is busy and cannot take my call and that I should call back.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a customer this is not how I expect to be treated,especially when I call the call centre for assistance and get none.The consultant was looking for everyway to make this my fault instead of offering a solution.</p> <p> </p> <p>The box containing the item was not opened as I could tell this was not what I had wanted yet this is still being made my fault.</p> <p>I am definitely not going to be dealing with cellc in future and I do not think anyone should.</p>
