Terrible Service from Cell C

I have never recieved such terrible service from any cellular company. I lost my phone 2 weeks ago and I called the Cell C call centre for a sim swap. I already bought a new sim card and I was told by the cell centre agents that someone will call me back to process the sim swap. How pathetic is that? I dont have a phone and you tell me someone will call me back??? So I give them a number of a colleague to call and I tell them the times I would be around the colleague and no one called. So I called the customer care demanding to speak to the \sim swap dept"and I am told no one in the ENTIRE company can get hold of them and they are ONLY reachable via email so I ask for their email and I am not given this info. They promise to call back. I stilldont have a phone so I request them to call my colleague and gave them times I would be next to her"
