Terrible service from a terrible service provider

<p>1. I requested a phone contracted , with 1 gig data, they added a data sim</p> <p>2. I requested for them to cancel this data sim , but they refused</p> <p>3. I set a limit of 259 rands per month, and they agreed only to later change it to R400 or so,</p> <p>4. I requested for the recordings of all the calls i had with them, they logged a call and never send them to me,</p> <p>5. They are using bully tactics since they know i cant afford the lawyers to fight them, but this completely out of line .</p> <p>Terrible three months in which i even regret why i took the contract with them, bitterly disappointed</p>
