Terrible Service

Ive recently purchased and installed Cellc Fibre, the deal comes with a 20GB sim card. It still is not active after 4 days. The terms say that it will be active after 24 hours. I have sent all the necessary requirements. Extremely poor service, I am on the verge of cancelling the deal
