TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am honestly disappointed with the service from Cell C. I have been a customer for many years with never a missed payment. Went to upgrade 2 weeks ago and asked if I could take 2 phones as I'm paying R500 currently and the 2 phones will amount to the same. They said yes and went through the whole process. Made me stand and wait around for almost 3 hours to get the phones. The lady even got both the phones out the safe only to be told at the 11th hour that they can't do the second phone. Was totally disgusted and disappointed because it was a total waste of my time.
