Terrible service, Empty promises and time wasted

I phoned Cell C, wanting a contact with a phone. At first everything went smooth, until Thabo Phoned me telling me that the phone i wanted is out of stock. That i could work with, so i Chose another phone and i specifically asked Thabo if my phone would be delivered on Thursday last week as i wont be at the delivery address on Friday, which was my work. As i asked Thabo to see if he can arrange something like me picking up my phone from RAM Isando on Friday, I double checked with him to see if RAM knows about me picking up my phone. So i drove all the way from Springs to Isando for nothing because they didn't know anything about me picking up my phone.I then received an sms from Cell C stating that my phone is on its way to Bryanston to my work. I then had to arrange with someone from work to sign for my phone so it doesn't get sent back.I received the phone, all happy just to find out they gave me the wrong type of contract, one which i only get R100 a month and is unable to load airtime. I phoned Cell C yesterday to find out why i cannot load airtime and they told me i can only change the package next month.<br> <br> Listen to your recordings. This is unacceptable!! Very unhappy.
