Terrible service
I have been having an issue with cell c whereby i terminated a contract with them on the 25 October 2021, as far as my knowledge went the contract was canceled as per voice recording *** but 2 years later i am still having issues with this contract, somebody at cell c did not do their job and actually cancel this contract, now i have their lawyers pestering me for payment on a contract that should have been canceled in 2021, i have been contacted by cell c requesting my bank statement to see how much credit is due to me but i have also been told that there is no crdit due to me, i am unable to provide a bank statement for this account, which should not be an issue since theres no credit due to me and i am not interested in any credit, I JUST WANT THIS ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED AND FOR CELL C TO ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB AND CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND FOR MY NAME TO BE REMOVED FROM THE ITC BEAUREU. From the time this issue started cell c and their lawyers have provided me with the worst service ever, I am at my wits end with this issue now and do not know what other avenues to explore to get this issue sorted out.

And Thabile Same the operations manager holds me hostage with this call by merely contacting me at this hour when she knows that its past business hours so they can once again shift me from pillar to post, do you guys believe your own lies when you talk to me? Cause i don't believe any of the lies, You guys said that you are working on this so why the need to call me at this hour with more lies??? Will anybody actually be honest about this issue??? Also please advise your staff that they should never speak to people in a condescending manner, somebody at Cell c is not doing their job and this by no means is any fault of mine, why did i not receive any calls during business hours today?
