TERRIBLE SERVICE

I think Cell C should just send me a message and tell me directly that they no longer need me as their client did an upgrade a month ago and every time I do follow ups regarding delivery of my new phone there is always a new story Samsung A31 was out of stock last time I spoke to one of the follow up consultant so we hanged to a Samsung A32 today when I did a follow up apparently they still waiting for the initial phone I ordered shocking revelation.... I am in dire need of a new phone as I currently don't have one now and should I not receive any positive feedback I am cancelling the upgrade I am sure and certain another service provider would appreciate to have a new client
