Terrible Service Cell C

I was approached to do a telephonic contract for a laptop. I accepted the offer. I received a substandard laptop and sent everything back unused . They sent me a laptop I wanted, but this laptop did not switch on. I sent it back. Since then I have been debitted for a laptop and received. Every time I call in, I'm for a long time on the phone being push from one person to next. I get we will sms you the ref number for credit and again i dont get anything since November 2022. Thet have taken there debit order Nov, and Dec. January I have reverse the debit order. Spend again yesterday a long time to get you will receive you references on sms again nothing. I am at my end of my patience with them. TERRIBLE SERVICE
