Terrible service!!!!!!!!! CELL C AGAIN

<p>A lady from contracts department called me to upgrade my contract as my contract was ending, she offered me a data line for R45.00 per month for 500MB. I than received a statement of R145.00 for that contract. i than called cell c to find out what am i being billed for, i have being transferred from pillar to post very un-helpful very rude agents who doesn’t even know which department to transfer me to, the ladies who i spoke to were very ******** of the matter. one lady just transferred me without even explaining anything, I than got transferred to Eugene in billing who was willing to assist me but unable to explain the bill i have received. he logged a query for me but I haven’t received any ref number or anything. i would rate Cell C a -10 for the **** service and for not being transparent with clients i wouldnt advise anyone to not take anything from Cell C!!!.</p>
