Terrible service

I have had a contract with cellc that came to an end in April 2020, i called to cancel the contract due to being unhappy with the offered handsets over the years, i was sent thru to retention and spoke to a guy by the name of Tebogo. He offered me an handset that i like if i continued to keep the contract, i accepted. I was promised the device will be delivered 7 days from the conversation, after 7 days i call Cellc and wait forever on the line and eventually speak to people that have the customer service of road**** and feel as though they are doing you a favor. i then spoke to a lady who advised me they do not have the handsets and she cant understand why i was told they have the handsets. after millions of calls eventually another lady advised me that she can place a back order on the handset and i will receive it asap, its been almost 2 months now and nothing, Calls to cell c just gets transfered to hell and back and eventually gets cut off. yet each month my account is being debited for a contract that ended.
