Terrible service by Cell C

Cell c rejected my cell phone upgrade witch mean I reversed the payment, so they blocked my phone from making calls and cause of it I was was nearly dead after I was attacked, I spend 2 and a half hours trying to get medical attention cause I could not phone emergency services due to the block and as a result I think that Cell C should be held responsible for the hospital cost and the injuries I sustained in the attack,thank God I'm still alive
