Terrible service bunch off ******* cell c
Business contracts upgraded my phone ..ported my old number and deactivated the new sim ..charged me not only for my upgraded contract but R1600 for a deactivated sim card ..imagine daylight ******* for a sim they deactivated but didn't cancel .who does that Double billed me u for 4 months every month us writing cancelation letters ..their consultants refuse to listen ..I have trails off emails and proof off the upgrade and cancelation

After sending all my documents on day 1 sending my permission letter to investigate on day 4
I get a stupid email on day saying "we received your enquiry please send all documents " bunch off clowns
No one knows what's going on there at cell c
