terrible service bad attitudes and ******s

It's apartheid all over again in festival mall cell c.five black women work in that story but all their attention was on two black guys when I went in today to do a sim swap.if you not black they will never even ask you if they can help.you have to sit and wait at the counter and then if one decides to attend to you they make you feel as if they wish you were dead.then there is a trainee who feels she is better then everyone in the world.she doesn't even smile or tell you what you need to have or do.she doesn't even talk.but then neither does the rest of them.it is some of the worst service I ever received and after being with cell c so long I'm surprised with this service.cell c is always some of the most friendly people but festival mall are just a bunch of ******s that show that now days if you not black you don't belong.
