Terrible Service

I am truly disgusted with Cell C and their treatment of complaints. I have been struggling with network for a month, at times going without any network. The companion was supposed to be resolved in 48hrs latest but it took a month to get to it. The staff are overly rude with slick remarks. Precious and Nqobile were quite rude and impatient when I spoke to them. Nqobile went as far as raising her voice at me. I am changing networks. Utterly disgusted. I have wasted, time, energy, data and petrol on this pathetic service provider.
