Terrible service at Walmer Park

All of a sudden my phone doesn't have any reception on the 1st of Oct. I visit the branch and the lady gives my phone one look and says it's my simcard that's damaged. I've never removed or touched it or even dropped my phone. Needless to say it didn't work. I go back there again today and sure as hell it's apparently my sim card again! Still not working and I'm furious! No reception and I've paid on time. What the hell! Is it a reception problem, is it a setting on my account? I'm so sorry I changed service providers!
