TERRIBLE SERVICE AT CELL C

I am highly annoyed and disappointed with the service at Cell C in Clear water Mall. I have been waiting for a week to receive a new phone. I basically do not have a phone because of them. I app**** for a phone and all they can say is \they are also waiting". They do not even try or make an effort to follow up with Samsung as to when the new phones will arrive. No effort and extremely poor service! I would not recommend it for anyone! """
