TERRIBLE SERVICE AS USUAL FROM CELL C

I am extremely a upset with the way that Cell C conducts business and the poor customer service which they deliver.

I have upgraded my benefits only and not my handset with Cell C after being harassed on a daily basis and nagged to upgrade!! I then decided to upgrade to get Cell C to shut up. the guy who upgraded wa sin a such a hurry and have no explained my benefits properly.

I explained I want to upgrade to a month to month benefit he put me on a 24 months contract. I now receive a notification that my order is on its way? What order? Order : SPI***

I called din for assistance and spoke to Zinzi Makahube who gave me terrible attitude. I called in again and spoke to another lady who put me on a 45 min hold and the called dropped no one bothered to return my call or assist!

I would like to make it clear that should any unwanted order be delivered to me I will not be held liable for any charges as CELL C MESSES UP HERE !!!!

I am considering cancelling both contracts with your already crumbling company.
