Terrible service and unauthorized payments deducted

I have had such terrible service from Cell c they have debited my account twice with unauthorized huge amounts. I have called the customer service center so many times and without any luck has my query not been sorted. Even my ref numbers disappears off their systems just shows you that they charge you for services not used but there is not even proper measure or Risk management in their business i discusted with their service. Extremely unhappy.
