Terrible service and unable to fix their network problems.

I have had continuous problems as a result of Cell C service providers with absolutely no assistance or communication from their customer services department to follow up or resolve my issue.

My cellphone is unable to receive calls - the person on the other end of the line can hear the ringing tone but my phone does not ring. I am not receiving all of my messages and emails to my phone and when these eventually come through it is severely delayed.

I have taken my cell phone to the iStore and to other phone repair stores where they have checked the phone and confirmed that the phone is in working order and that there are no software or hardware issues with the phone.

The problem is most definitely service provider related and Cell C has been informed of this on numerous occasions. This has been an ongoing problem since early August and I have received no help from Cell C with this issue what so ever!!
