Terrible service and *****ing money

The utmost *********** entity in the country. They conveniently forgot to cancel the debit order on my contract that ended in beginning of March. They customer service agents are untrained and arrogant. After they confirmed that the amount is they debited was wrong I was promised that they will get back to me. Guess what, they failed again. This is now the 3rd complaint and just no results from them. Rather take you money to vodacom.
