TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RIDICULOUS CHARGES FROM CELL C

Good Day, Your company and call center people give 100 percent bad service, from no calling back to cancelling my account without my knowledge. I have been trying to get help from you since Jan 2022 and for someone willing to pay her account , i have no feedback or what so ever. The worst is if your calls are recorded then why does a customer phone the customer service department and not get any help or any phone call back.

This is the worst , i have gone to the store got told i have been handed over to a 3rd party. The SSDA DOES NOT HAVE MY DETAILS AND NOW AGAIN I HAVE BEEN ON THE LINE TWICE IN ONE DAY TO GET THROUGH TO YOUR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT FOR LIKE 30MINS . AFTER GETTING DROPPED FOR THE FIRST TIME.
