Terrible service and over charging the client

<p>I took out the contracts with CELL C in August my first bill was over R900.00 the consultant assured me last month it would be the normal amount the next time they have to deduct. In October I have only bought me a watsup bundle of R7.50 because the airtime and date I receive on the 01 november again. Today I open my statement again and I am being charged R977.00. This is not fair. I am so disappointed with the deal. I am a bread winner and dont have money to spend like its growing on my back.</p>
