Terrible service and or administration
I started cellular life in the very early 2000's with CellC, and did my original contract with Game stores in Centurion and have done the upgrade with them every 2nd year since then and their service has been great all that time, and no problems experienced.

I went there in December to do the upgrade and saw a Samsung offer which suited my requirements and this was in the week before Christmas and they were out of stock (they had stock of this same phone on the Vodacom deal). I left my number at the store and have also been back at least five times to check and there is still no stock (Vodacom also ran out of stock on this phone at a stage, but they replenished it)

Are you guys serious, longer than a month with no stock at one of your suppliers?!

You spend a lot of money advertising and trying to source new clients, but something like this where there is no stock at a supplier for more than a month whilst your competition has stock does you no good! at all

I called your 140 number and they said that you guys have that phone and it is the fault of Game. Serious, surely you need them selling your stock?

Will someone assist, or do I renew my contract with Vodacom?
