Terrible service and non delivery

I did an online application for a new cell c cellphone contract on 26-12-2017. I was asked to submit my supporting documents which I uploaded online and also emailed to a “Mbali @ Cell C Onlinehelp” and thereafter I received an sms that my docs had been submitted and then no other communication from at cell c. On Monday 8 Jan I followed up to get an update on the status of the application I was told they will check and let me know. I was later called to say it had been approved and someone would be contacting me to arrange for the delivery. By Friday, again no one had contacted me. I again, called the cell c to do another follow up. I was told by their representative that there is no application or order in my name and that they had sent an email to the follow up division to get back to me. Suffice to say that explanation made no sense to me as I have a reference number and email trail between myself and Mbali relating to the application. I emailed Mbali again on Friday 12 Jan and have had no feedback from her since. By Monday 15 Jan I still had no contact from cell c, I then called again and now spoke to a Bukelwa she also told me that there's no application or order in my name. I then asked to speak to a manager and she told me a Sphiwe Mahlasela who is supposedly Mbali’s manager would contact me and she had sent another email to the follow up division to come back to me. It is now 16 Jan and no one at cell c has called or can tell me how my application is approved and then just disappeared off their system. I am beyond irritated and annoyed with cell for such incompetence and terrible service.
