Terrible service AND *********** staff

<p>I am tired of c insurance an cell c. I spoke to Bongiwe today at 10:22am who had an attitude I have really had enough last week I went to the Newtown Cell C shop the consultant checked my statement and she could not explain why each and every month I am being debited a different amount. All I want now is the insurance to be cancelled on my phone when I try to call the insurance company they put me on hold for more than an hour. I am really tired of this poor service . I want the insrance to be cancelled ASAP and I want a detailed statement for my contract cellphone also with a proper explaination. If there are any discrepancies I will have to take the matter to the ombudsman. I dont want people from cell c to call me and say they have referred the matter to C surance becuase I know C surance wont call me back. I need to letters from Cell C firstly my contract statement and they need to make sure that I can view the attachment bcoz they always send me staments that I cant view on all my systems. Secondly I need a letter confirming that the insuarance has been cancelled and they must call me with a detailed explaination for my billing before I refer the matter to the Ombudsman. </p>
