Terrible service AND *********** staff

<p>I got double debited for my cell c insurance on the the month of May . They said they will refund me on the 27th today is the 9th still nothing and I did send them my banking details. I sent an email on the 1st to find out when they will refund me I did not get a reply. I call them today they said they cant assist because they are no longer the adminstrators of Cell C. They gave me the number ********** 007 to call i was on hold for almost an hour. I WANT MY REFUND, I NO LONGER WANT CALLS SAYING THEY ARE WORKING ON MY QUERY. IF THEY CALL ME THEY BETTER CALL ME TO SAY THE MONEY IS IN MY ACCOUNT !!!!!!</p>
