terrible service and *********** staff

<p>Last year December i joined C Surance but i cancelled the insurance the very same week after my sister told what she went through with C Surance. Then last month i found out they have been deducting money from me since April ths year. Tried to get a refund to no avail. I've been calling these people since last month but untill today they keep sending me from pillar to post. All these years i've been with Cell C i've never experienced such terrible service. Now i regret the day i took a contract with Cell C. My advice to people out there..NEVER EVER TAKE INSURANCE WITH C SURANCE. I want my money i dnt care how long they keep dropping my calls or telling me **** stories...I want my money back C Surance. I sent all the documents i was asked but these people keep telling me stories.</p>
