TERRIBLE SERVICE AND INCOMPETANT CALL CENTRE AGENTS

Absolutely terrible service, I have been struggling for more than a week with almost 20 phone calls to sort out a payment arrangement on a contract. NO ONE ABOSULTELY NO ONE IS ABLE TO ASSIST. When asked to speak to a team leader they promise to call you back and no one calls back. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE OUT A CELL C CONTRACT AS THER IS NO AFTERSALES SERVICE. They dont know what customer service is. Going on to the second week and I still cant resolve my problem. TOTALLY PATHETIC
