Terrible service and feel like 3Theft from customer
Today is 19/08/2024 and im still awaiting for my laptop ordered on the Mecer Guru Celeron that was advitised for R299p/m on smart data 5gb top up on the 9th of October 2023.
It was supposed to a anniversary gift to my wife.
delivered the wrong Laptop and collected it the next day without exchange to the correct one yet im still paying R391.00 for the laptop with insurance up till today on a monthly basis..........
