TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD PLANNING

Cell C has phone me numerous times in the last couple of months saying that I am due for an upgrade with all kinds of deals. Then eventually on the 5th of June new deals came out and I picked the Galaxy Trend Neo straight up 100. When i was contacted by cell c they said they were out of stock. This was 3 days after the deals came out and i was told that they have been waiting for stock to arrive for a couple of weeks and they could not tell me how long i will have to wait to get this phone so suggested other deals. I do not want any other phone and do not understand how they can not just make a simple phone call to find out when this phone will be in stock or why they put a phone in a new deal that has been out of stock for weeks. How does that work. But according to my understanding of the consumer protection act i need to be able to assume that i will get this phone at this price regardless of when new stock arrive. terrible service and terrible planning on their part. disappointed.
