Terrible Service and attitude

what a dissapointment ...! went in to upgrade a contract and they cannot give me the phone they promised. Asked for the next up, same story, no stock. guess what ,,,next up also not available . Terrible experience to say the least. 2 shop assistants both stared at the computer in front of them and looked at me like i am from another planet. now its my fault for wanting the phone they advertise
