Terrible Service, actually no service!

I purchased an esim on cell c website and paid. I received the verification email link which I followed and completed with photos and proof of ID only to be informed verification has failed. No info on why.... The note said phone cell c customer service or go into branch. I lived very remotely and impossible to go to a branch, which I contacted cell c customer service 3 times only to hear that they cannot assist in matter I had to email them. I emailed them as well , twice with no response up till to date . Very bad service as they have taken my money very easily, but don't want to give any support. I will most definitely in the future not get any contract with them if this is the service on a stupid esim...... Terrible!!!!
