Terrible Service
Did an upgrade with Cell C - Once I was done with the agent - The data and the whatsapp bundle that I had on my pone disappeared - I had 50gigs of data.

01 Jul 2020, 14:01The Agent loaded my 30Gigs of data yesterday and promised that I would receive the other 20Gigs by the end of yesterday - Till now I have not received it. Tried calling numerous times and the department does not ever answer!!! So frustrating. I would really like this to be resolved without me having to continuously call and waste my time.
