Terrible service

I took a month to month contract with Cell C when I called to cancel it I was told that they policy as changed and my contract is now a 24 month contract I even went in store and was told if I put a stop order I will get blacklisted I got tired of calling and decided to pay the last few months there after my contract ended I called in to cancel it and it was never done , my fee went from 250 to 645 a month . I called again and was told that they sorry but hopefully it’s the last month I have to pay I’m tired of continuously calling , am I supposed to pay for contract I never wanted Absolutely pathetic service 😡😡😡😡😡😡!!!!!!! Will never take any contract or anything from them
