Terrible service
Feeling extremely frustrated with Cell C, I logged several calls for the past 6 months to have my data SIM cancelled and today I find my account being handed over to SSDA yet they have been debiting my account without fail. Sort this nonsense out. The retentions consultants have not been so helpful, they all speak a different language to what they see on the system.
